2001 Tundra computer idle setting

A couple of months ago the battery on the vehicle died. After getting it replaced the car idle real low (low enough that turning on max ac with the truck stopped could stall it). AT the time I was told it would take the computer a little while to realign itself to having a fully functioning battery again. While it no longer stalls out, it has increased the at rest idel but just enough to not stall out. It seems that it's still a hundred rpm or so from that. Should I wait longer or is there some adjustment I could do?
