2000 windstar keless entry remote

I just bought a windstar. it did not have any of the remotes to unlock the vehicle. i was wondering if i can use my old ones from my Taurus?

and how do i re-program them?

yes when you buy new you do. but this is a 2000 so perhaps the guy ost them or something.
