Also, regarding Earthquake frequency. The United States is experiencing a geological flare up in recent times. This is nothing abnormal.

The world as a whole is normal in terms of earthquake frequency.

Why give China's power consumption in kwh, but the US' in BTU? Thankfully, my electric bill is in watts, not BTU.

(And thankfully, the people who complain about the metric system never seem to mention anything about watts or 2L soda. )
