2000 to XP with Full Version

A friend just got Xp Pro full version and needs to know if he can upgrade from 2000 with it without have to format or if he needs to get the upgrade instead to do it.

Yes it will work. Just stick the disk in while running W2K and it'll give you the choice to upgrade.
