I think if Vizio were to come out with this tablet, I'd be completely sold because it has a more svelte design than the Nexus 7.

I'm really debating on what I want to ask for my birthday. It's a toss up between a Nexus 7/10 or waiting until the Nexus update in June/July. I had a Motorola Xoom for a while and I liked the size. Then I had an iPad which was nice, but I couldn't justify keeping it because of the price. I want a Surface Pro, but that's so very expensive.

Man, this market is making my indecisiveness give me anxiety problems. :l

It also doesn't help that I have the Droid DNA which is good, but then I think about wanting a tablet/laptop or trading this phone for a Note 2.... My gosh... I'm ridiculous.

vizio thinks they are apple or sony and charges accordingly, even though they are really closer to acer in terms of build quality

Really? I thought their laptop line was priced pretty well. It was their first time in the laptop game and everyone at CES praised the 2nd gen build quality.

Also, I never thought Vizio had high prices. They've always been extremely reasonable to me. They've really come into their own over the past couple years.

Split the difference? Keep the DNA, get a Note 8.0 as the tablet. ;)

It really depends the quality of the device. If the screen resolution is low, and they don't improve build quality of their supposed flag ship devices, then I refuse to get that. >_< also, we have no idea what the prices are yet so that'll be a factor too.

My birthday is March 19th so we'll see what comes out by then... :D A surface pro sounds great though. Haha.

Those Vizio tablets look really nice. (esp. 10" one linked) I have been satisfied with the price/performance of Tegra 3 on Nexus 7 so I am looking forward to Tegra 4. They seem committed to stock Android, which is a plus for me. But I have a feeling that you will have to wait quite a while to get one.
