$200 MoBos - Any good reviews or opinions?

Hi!

My current setup:

i7 4770k
Gigabyte 780 Ti WF3
2x8gb Gskill Trident DDR3-2400
Antec 750W HCG
Seagate Barracuda 3TB
Samsung 840 EVO 250

I am trying to figure out which MoBo I should be grabbing. I have heard countless recommendations on the Maximus VI Hero but it`s never on sale. One of the big bonuses for it that is constantly mentioned is the sound yet I plan to get a sound card anyway. A bonus for other MoBos was the upgraded NIC. I use a USB WiFi thing anyway, so I don't think this is necessary for me either.

What exactly am I paying for in this price range of MoBo? Overclocking is important to me, but that seems to be about it as long as the MoBo has the required slots and such.

MSI GD-65 @ $170
Asrock Extreme6 @ $170
Gigabyte UD4H @ $170
+Tons of others.
 
Are there really no good reviews that compare these MoBos? I could find one with some, but missing key ones like the GD6 and VI Hero.
