Whats the best set of 3x2GB DDR3 RAM i can get for around $200-250?

Will be going in with an i7 and ASUS P6T mobo.

I'm not too familiar with top end RAM anymore and whats performing the best right now. The price varies on top-end RAM so much i cant really make an informed decision.
 
So basically nobody thinks its wise or worth any performance increase to pay anything more than roughly 100$?

If so, then thank you 🙂

EDIT: My only concern was poor quality DDR3 RAM bottlenecking an i7, GTX 285 and Vista 64-bit.
