Make sure there isn't a moth stuck somewhere between the terminals of a capacitor.

You never mentioned when this started happening. Is this a new build or did this just happen after a while.

Try running just the IDE drives or just the SATA drive and see if the corruption occurs

I would have to agree with others this sounds like a bad motherboard to me.
