Update:: I got my BNC cable and hooked it up to my DEll 21" Trinitron monitor. I notice definate difference! The color is much more vivid and the color contrast is much better. The most noticeable difference a=is evident in small icons. The various colors in the icons are more noticeable. I.e. the red is more red, blue is more blue, and yellow is more yellow. It doesn't affect the geometry of the display, but it sure affects the colors. Compared to the old cable, the new cable makes the old display look color-faded. BTW I am using a Leadtek tnt2 32MB AGP card

Also, a note. With the old cable, when I turn down the brightness, the color kind of fades and I lose color contrast. But with the new cable, turning down brightness does not decrease color richness, depth nor contrast.
