Number 1 and 2 are there because the majority of the population is happy not to be in Mexico anymore.

I have no clue what the people in Jersey City could be so happy about.

Those lists are all wrong...Buffalo is NOT a happy place...and Wichita?? Sh*t I'd be happy too if tornados kept ripping down my house!

Well they got ATL right. This place is depressing as hell.

Some of the happy ones I can say are definately much better. Especially Shreveport.

I wouldn't think anywhere in AK would be happy.

I'm from Saint Louis, its not a depressed city at all.

I would describe the people there as generally happy, actually.

This ranking is bunk.

It's about what they're up to when you're not watching....go ahead and ask them...except they'll all lie to you.

 Way to go, Philadelphia.

Damn place hasn't changed in 20 years, the politicians are corrupt, the city is in the toilet economically, culturally, and in about every single other way. Nobody gives a rat's behind. No wonder everybody's depressed.

Oh yes, and we're across the river from Camden.

how did they determine this? the higher the anti-depressant prescriptions, the more happy the city?

wheres boston? id expect that city would be pretty happy with all the sox and pats fans, and the championships theyve won.
