try switching the power switch with the main power component. then reinstall the operating disc device. after that, make sure your cd-rom's virtual memory meter is showing a positive correlation coefficient. if that doesn't work, the laptop's USB inverted cable is shielded improperly. just hot swap the laser mounted sight on the CD-ROM.

try the access panel's LED housing fan outlet.
