I installed this fan about a year and a half ago. Works well enough, no noises, etc. You'll might have to REALLY balance the fan blades. I finally had to tape a bunch of weights on ONE blade to stop the fan from vibrating.

Instead of taping weights do this first:

Tighten blade holders (with blades firmly attached) to fan with minimum pressure. Tun on fan and let spin for a few minutes. Shut off fan and without touching fan assemblies, tighten down the fan blades. The fan blades find their own place to be balanced. Usually works.
 
Thanks for the post. Bought and installed today. They had a ton of them. Easy enough...no balancing needed. They also have a bunch of ceiling lights (no fan) for $13-30, some on clearance and some on sale.
