Anyway, I don't see how/why it's legal for a suspension if it were viewed at home/library/insert anyplace other than school here. What jurisdiction does the school have in this? I'm no lawyer (and don't play one on TV either), but this seems overstepping ones authority...

Schools CAN suspend kids for what they do off campus. They do it all the time. Yeah the kids have the freedom of speech to say they hate the Jew, which is why they aren't going to prison.
