Just won after about 4 minutes in PA. Just hit back and clicked on the little Logitech button about a gizillion times. No need to restart the browser.

I just won in Michigan after about 10 minutes trying.

You don't have to worry about missing the winner page. It's the form you use to enter your address etc...
