Sounds good. Just keep her on a tight leash. I already had a discussion with my friends who have CCWs; if a pitbull ever rushed them or their loved ones, they'd put two hollowpoints into it without skipping a beat.

Just b/c she hasn't attacked in the past doesn't mean she won't in the future. You have no way to totally predict an animal's behaviour. That's fine if you want to keep a pit bull just be prepared to get sued if it attacks someone and/or life with the guilt for the rest of your life.

The way it's worded implies that the kid wasn't being watched. If the kid was being watch, it's poorly worded.
