Other then being on 24/7 with no major problems, once its on its on and wont give me any problems. But Turning it on from an "OFF" State is the problem.
I clicked Shutdown instead of restart. Well now power goes on and everything. I hear the Bios Beep 1 time telling me every things good. Then my monitor starts turning on and off like going into sleep mode and coming out of it(CRT). USB power is still being supplied. But I cant get any video, I am also experiencing bad FPS in games were I had good fps before which gives reason to me that my graphics card might be dieing. I have 7 case fans constantly spinning and Temps are in the Green. I run spy ware and virus scans daily.Just need to know what you guys think.

CPU: Dual AMD AMD 4200 X2 2200MHz(1 year left of warranty)
Motherboard: MSI K8N Neo4/SLI( 1 Year left of Warranty)
Video Card: XFX 6800GT Nvidia GeForce (lifetime warranty)
PSU: Antec Smart Power 2.0 500 watts
Edit: Its back up now, if I leave it unluged for 5 min and try to boot up it works.this is the problem I had a year ago about.
