Exactly 2 years ago at around the same hour of the day (5pm) I discovered my addiction: Distributed Computing.
I started with SETI@Home and Rosetta@Home, with 1 computer, now 2 years later I run 9 computers (currently building 3 new ones) plus 2 FAH capable GPUs and tested the majority of all projects available. (that's a computer growth of 4.5/year 😀 )
I joined TeAm AnandTech because I discovered it in 2003 or 2004 when it was the first website to publish Half-Life 2 benchmarks. I became a TAC member by the end of July and gained many friends.
Thanks for being such a great community!
PS: I'm Rosetta@Home user of the day, nice surprise for this special date!
