2 X 512mb OCZ PC2700 ram will only run at 266

I've had these sticks for awhile now. They have the heatspreaders on them as well. I've now had this ram in at least 4 different boards and not one board will post with the ram at 333. I basically have to set the boards to automatically detect. The sticker on both sticks both say OCZ PC2700 DDR. Do you all think I have been given PC2100 ram with the wrong labels on them??
Or am I doing something wrong.

Do you know what timings the OCZ is spec'd for at 333mhz?

If so, have you tried manually setting up the mobo for those timings?

Have you called them and asked for help? Maybe they should be RMAed.
