2 x 150gb Raptor Raid 0 setup

currently i have Vista 32-bit installed on a single 150gb Raptor with a 320gb 7200.10 storage drive. i now have a 2nd 150gb Raptor and would like to setup a Raid 0 to install my Vista-32 on.

some specs

MB: Asus A8R32-MVP Deluxe
Storage: 2 x 150gb Raptor, 1 x 320gb 7200.10

is there a way i can get the raid-0 setup without reformatting?
if not, can someone please give me a quick detailed runthrough of what i need to do in order, to set up the Raid-0?
 
He's got SI and Uli chipsets on that board. I didn't think Intel Matrix Storage would work on those.
Naturally, the don't bother with RAID 0 stuff, will still apply. 😉
