1. How do I overclock my MSI 6600GT? the only option i saw was adjusting the PCI frequency in the bios.

2. Which is quieter: Arctic cooling 6 or Zalman VF700? should I consider the Zalman fanlass heatpipe coolers since I am already around that price range?

Feel free to chip in any of the questions, I dont expect 1 person to answer them all :p

When you're in windows, check the display settings, you should be able to overclock from there. MSI's drivers come with a screen that's added there.

I'd go with the Zalman VF700, but the stock cooler on the MSI 6600GT is already very good and quiet.

The stock msi fan has a bit of whine and is non adjustable. I think it is the loudest fan in my case so far after i adjust my cpu and chipset fan to about 2000 rpm. My pc is near dead silent if i try to stop the vga fan with my finger.

I have just overclocked my 6600gt with the "detect optimal frequencies" button to 575/1150 and 3dmark03 results were 9548. Are my frequency settings safe? is my score average compared to other 6600gts?

btw stock was 300/1000 with a score of 8456
