As long as they are both not set to terminate, go for it.
P.S. With nero you can burn with both at once Say you need to make 50 copies of something. Get it going, and keep popping in the new CDs (the 12x twice as often of course).
The 24X SCSI is a Sanyo ("Burnproof creator") BP5 that sells at Ily.com for $199 plus shipping. Sundog turned me on to it. Ily was ok not fast and not slow and no tracking number other than a link to FedEX and UPS w/o a # idiots! got here in a week and the price was right (was 10 bux off the day I ordered) thanks Mike.
oh I sold the BP5 on ebay after thinking a GF3 and a 12x plextor CDRW would be better than my MX200 and a BP5 but now I sold the MX and have a GTS-V so I might keep the BP5 and just wait till GF4 comes out in the spring IF the Ebay guy flakes out as alot of ebayers do! grrrrr:disgust:
Have you tested the 24x scsi burner? like i mean im kinda skeptical about sanyo but im desperately in need of a 24x scsi burner, cuz i NEED burn proof and hi speed but hate IDE...
Are there any other ones out that you know of? thx!
really sanyo is a good drive they invented the burnproof technology. No I have not tested it and cannot till this weekend after the turkey day thang and I know if the ebay is flaked out or not as I sold him a New drive and well if I use it it is Used (so many people say New only tested but what if they F'd it up?! new is new ) there is a Yamaha 20X scsi too. they make a IDE BP5 and they are excellent from what I hear. Talk to Sundog he seems to know what is down I am a SCSI Newbie
