PROBLEM Solved
I was having a network problem that I needed some smarter people that me to figure out.
My wireless router is assigning addresses to PCs not connected directly to it.
All wired network devices are 1.0 Gbps.

My configuration:

Speedstream DSL modem

Linksys RVS4000 VPN Router (RT1)
IP is 192.168.1.1
Gateway 192.168.0.1
DHCP for both WAN and LAN Addresses

Linksys EG008W 8 port Switch (SW1)

Linksys WRT350N Wireless Router (RT2)
IP is 192.168.1.200
WAN Not used
DHCP for LAN addresses

The DSL modem is plugged into the WAN port of RT1
Port 1 of RT1 is into port 1 of SW1
Port 1 of RT2 is into port 8 of SW1

I use the wireless router as an access point for my wireless devices and do not have any wired devices plugged into it except for the 1 connection to SW1. Wireless devices are able to get their addresses just fine by DHCP and they have full internet and network access.

All wired PCs connect thru SW1.

My problem is that from time to time when a PC boots, it can receive an address from RT2. When it does, it cannot see the internet. How do I stop the wireless router from assigning addresses to a PC that is not connected to it? Or another way to say this is;
How do I make sure that RT1 assigns all the addresses to PCs connected to SW1?

Thanks,

The problem was solved by disabling DHCP on RT2. I thought I needed it to be on so any wireless device could get an address from it. By having DHCP disabled, all addresses are assigned from the RSV4000.
TA DA Problem solved.
