Cingular SUCKS! godamn! it has really crap ass coverage in LA, especially in Monterey Park, Alhambra, San Grabiel, and Pasadena... its horrid. I have to face drop calls and "dead spots" on a daily basis.
their billing system is extremely messy, both me and my friend's statement is screwed up. I end up paying 60 bucks more than I am supposed too (but I fixed it already after a call to my agent). but my friend is not so fortunate, he changed his plan from 300 minutes to 500. however, Cingular didn't upgraded it and charged him for all the out-of-plan minutes...

so a word of advice, KEEP ALL YOUR Contracts and the check/credit car recicept that you pay for it.

on the bright side, Free Mobile to Mobile rules... it saved a lot of money...

Auto Body Shop...
always yell at them... if they say they can get your car ready by Monday... MAKE THEM WRITE IT IN PAPER!
my car was supposed to be ready last Wednesday, then it was Thursday, Friday, and then now Tuesday and still not ready...

Dude, you live in a metro area.
You should get Sprint PCS. I live up in D.C. and the coverage is decent and the plans are great.

As for the body shop, you'll have better luck pulling your own teeth before they get honest.

My wife has Cingular and you are right. The coverage is awful. She drops calls and cuts in and out all the freakin' time!

When I was with MCI Worldcom, they did the same thing to me as your friend. Companies are just to big for their own good.

9 out of 10 service providing companies have crappy service with incompetent employees!! This includes restaurants, stores, etc. I wish people would take some pride in what they do and care about doing a good job!!
