why was my post locked in politics section.. because i mentioned rockthrowing or a members name ?

It is an accurate post. i know many israeli soldiers.. I want to know why so i wont do it again.


2. who are the mods.. diamond members ? or did it get locked by someone i did not see.. Are there rankings that can lock? if so what are they ?

or are they called moderators or diamond members, etc , etc, etc ?

Mods are regular participants who need to be unknown except to each other.
Attempts to uncover their identities cause bad results.

When they need to sneak around without others knowing what is going on; they use their regular names.

When they find some idiot that needs to be slapped or an innapropriate thread; they go into stealth mode as Moderator to perform the needed smackdown. When in Mod mode they have their own standard avatar and label.

The titles that you see under peoples names have no bearing if they are a Mod and others can use the same avatar that the Mods use.

When you ask a question in the FI or PM a Mod; it usually will help to includea link to the thread and or quotes the relevant text.

Given the amount of people here; they do not expend much energey on those that do not attempt to help the Mods understand the problem.

People have had questions responded with sarcasm or ignored because they are to lazy to help the Mods figure out what the problem is.

There are also many other that will attempt to assist the Mods in the spirit of helping the community. This is done by answering questions; pointing out problems to members and/or alerting the Mods to problems that could develop or have occurred.

As for the politics board it seems to have been over run by propoganda and i feel some truth needs to come out of this.

Most forums have MOD. Unless the guy is invisible.

A lot is common sense and communication over the past years with problems that I have noticed regarding the areas of the forums that I peruse.

Reading comments that Mods have left in threads generate a lot of 1+1=2 intuition.

Some maturity with handling kiddies generate insights on how they would think.
Eyes open and mouth shut avoids choking on ones own actions.

I have and hang out with probably 8-25 Lebanese friends all the time.

It is the extremists that are causing al the problems.

Then you are pissing in thew wind. If you want a response from a Mod, use the correct form of communication. It might also help if you read the forum description at the top of Forum Issues.
