2 Questions: which os should I delete to install XP, and NTFS or FAT32

I'm about to install XP. I now have a three partition of win2k, winme and caldera installed. i wanna leave caldera as is, but i need to remove either win2k or winme to install winxp. Which one should i delete?
I want to remove winme, but the thing is that i play games and i realize that I'll have trouble with some of these games with win2k and winxp.

also, previously i had both 2k and me under fat32, because i can interchange files that way. Since, i'm gonna do a clean install, would you recommend installing both under ntfs or fat32?

Personally, I would install Windows XP from scratch and not upgrade either OS. If you are concerned about compatibility, keep the WinMe for playing games and get rid of the Win2k. I know some people don't like XP vs W2K but I find XP to be as solid as W2K with all the extras that Win Me and then some.

As far as file system. I prefer NTFS since I like restricting access to folders by user which NTFS provides and FAT32 does not. So, if you want the security features and are willing to give up seeing it from Windows ME... use NTFS. If not, use FAT32... the performance diff isn't really going to knock your socks off.
