Try Here and scroll down to the artcle titled "Connecting 2 ATX PSU's together". It might be kind of on the expensive side but a single Enermax 650wt mi8ght do the trick w/less noise and take up less space. It's AMD approved and costs $168 overHERE.
The easiest thing to do would probably be to simply get a 300W ATX PS, which you will hook up to your motherboard, and then get a seperate 300W AT PS, which does not need to be connected to the motherboard in order to operate.
