Got a helpdesk call this morning from this lady saying a pop-up message came up saying a robot needed to restart her computer. She clicked yes before I got there. Checked her machine and everything seems to be ok. Told her that in the future if any robots wants to do something to her computer to call us first.
Later another person sitting next to our department stands up and tells us that Vipre (our AV software) has done an update and needs "to robot the computer now or robot the computer later". It was at this point that I realize where the lady was seeing "robot" from.
