Just got a K7T Pro2a and a 1ghz Tbird. The fan I purchased, a Taisol CGK742092, came w/ a little thermal pad on the bottom of the heatsink.

Question: Is the pad enough of a transfer agent for normal (non-oc) use, or do I need to put some jizm on my chip?

 
HA! Jizm... one shot deal...

So I take it that 'one shot deal' means that the pad will adhere to the chip making removal next to impossible after some time of use...

Being that my office gets kinda hot in the summer, I might be better with thermal paste, eh?

I think I have a tube from radiocrak... would that suffice?
