I'm afraid Tupac is dead. There is still hope, however faint, but i'm starting to think that the man is gone for good. His 'new' CDs are great though, but i think i missed the last one, so i should go get it sometime. I hope you know that all of his 'new' songs are based on unreleased songs that can be found on the dozen+ Makaveli CDs that are floating out there. They all have new beats now, but his voice is unchanged.

Dosen't really make a difference to me, with the way he got shot all the time a staged death is believable. Pictures can be faked, he could hide, he had enough money to make it all happen. Your right though he probably is dead, but the way he says "expect me to come back like you expect jesus" in his new cd gets you thinking. I don't think twice about wether he's alive or not, I don't really care actually, but if he is then that's cool. One thing's for sure though, when someone has been shot 5 differnt times in the past there's no doubt that person wants to disappear. I also know that a man getting shot at that much is not someone to look up to.

I guess we will find out on Sept. 13, 2003 on whether he really is alive or not.

Are you talking about the tour mentioned earlier? If so do you know where to find any info. on it?

I am talking about the 7 year theory.

Please. The man is dead. People need to get over it. They are like these friggin' Elvis freaks who think he's still alive.

Like I said before, Hendrix (as well as many other musicians) have put out many CDs (even with new material) after they've died. Hendrix just came out with another CD last year, if memory serves, and he's been dead for about 30 years.

Please, like any other sane individual wouldn't have done the same thing. Besides, i'm sure he'd want his mom to be rich and his music to live on anyway.

If you think that's interesting, do a google search for "tupac alive" and you'll find out a lot more about this. For the record though, he didn't get shot in five separate incidents, just one.

Yep, my 20th birthday. Would be one hell of a present if he actually came back :D

Hendrix and Tupac both logged in heavy hours in the studio recording material. The end result was many hours of music that didnt make the cut for albums. Hendrix put out 3 studio albums in his lifetime, roughly 50 tracks. There are easily over 100 songs that never were released, from songs that didnt make the cut and material he was working on at the time of his death. Then there are countless different takes and versions of songs as the grow and change over time.

I dont know much about Tupac, but I do know that he also recorded alot of material. After his death, it was told that he had enough material to put out albums for quite a few years. This is a good thing, IMO, as no other rapper has duplicated his ability to pour his emotion into his music. Especially with todays bland style of rap (dull monotonous rapping ala Puff Daddy) drowning the airwaves.

I'm starting to get scared the way the media is making his character so mythical as was Elvis' character. It freaks me out 'cuz I'm afraid they'll soon be worshipped as gods of life or wrath or fire or something. I even freak out thinking that Tupac is alive and his ghost would appear somewhere. :Q
