I don't care what anybody says, that man's still breathin :disgust:. Anyway, his new 2-Disc set is sweet, if you like any of his past music you'll like the new stuff that just came out today. Lots of featured artists, lots of the deap words, ect. Pick it up, it's worth every over priced penny ;).

You honestly believe he's still alive? These aren't his best songs. Besides, I heard all of these like what, 5 years ago? He's dead.

the dead guy?

well, if a dead guy can get elected to the US Senate and Nirvanna can release a new song ten years after cobain is dead, then there's no reason two pac can't keep putting out cd's from the grave

I'm afraid Tupac is dead. There is still hope, however faint, but i'm starting to think that the man is gone for good. His 'new' CDs are great though, but i think i missed the last one, so i should go get it sometime. I hope you know that all of his 'new' songs are based on unreleased songs that can be found on the dozen+ Makaveli CDs that are floating out there. They all have new beats now, but his voice is unchanged.

that's what I hate, his record company and his mother are SO sell-out. They only want to make profit with his dead, whatta shame.

read Frank Alexander's book entitled "Got Your Back" - protecting tupac in the world of gangsta rap. If anyone knows if tupac is dead, its his bodyguard, and mr. alexander says he's not alive. I think he has more of the facts then almost anyone else in the world except the actaul killers and suge, so i believe his word. Either way, its a great book, but not for the faint hearted as there is one entire section of the book dedicated to tupac and his sex life, which is quite interesting reading.

i disagree with the part about his mother. tupac loved his mom as much as anything, she was already taken care of, in my opinion she's trying to extend her son's legacy as the greatest rap artist who ever lived. Better to put out his unreleased songs who's message still apply today then spend time arguing and grieving over his death.

But an american idol winner most likely won't die in a hail of gunfire at 25.

ok true, dear mama, how can I forget that song, but I still think they should just let him R.I.P. He was the greatest, so why ruin it with some new "remix"-CDs? (cuz some others say the text is the same, just a different beat)

Dosen't really make a difference to me, with the way he got shot all the time a staged death is believable. Pictures can be faked, he could hide, he had enough money to make it all happen. Your right though he probably is dead, but the way he says "expect me to come back like you expect jesus" in his new cd gets you thinking. I don't think twice about wether he's alive or not, I don't really care actually, but if he is then that's cool. One thing's for sure though, when someone has been shot 5 differnt times in the past there's no doubt that person wants to disappear. I also know that a man getting shot at that much is not someone to look up to.

Just because he's dead doesn't mean he can't release albums.

Hendrix has been dead for like 30 years and continues to release albums.

I guess we will find out on Sept. 13, 2003 on whether he really is alive or not.
