2 OS on same PC?

Is there a 3rd party software that does OS switching like using a switch box between 2 PCs? I know VMWare does something like this but I dont like its Win98 emulation.
 
i dont believe you can actually boot two OS's at once. if you run two OS's at a time, one is always emulated like with VMWare.
