Well I am getting married on the 14th of October this year. I am quite skinny consider 54kg 5'8. There was a time when I weighed 60kg back when I was 17, I worked out it took me a while but it was great considering I really really lacked the kind of nutrition I might have access to right now.

I just need to put on some weight, need to get some stamina and strength. I was wondering I could start off with the couch to 5k program it should get me to a decent stamina level but I was worried about strength and weight.

I could join a gym if you guys propose, I don't know what regimen could really land me with good result even 2-3kg's of mass in 2 months could be great. I personally like the powerlifting workouts on animalpak but I don't know any others that seem worthwhile. Also do I need to hit supplements at this stage or later? iv been recommended

So anyone out there who may have achieved some results successfully in 2 months? please share the training regimens you followed...I understand the effort that is required and am willing to work like an animal thats not a big deal!

I gained about 10kg in 10 weeks while lifting heavy and eating a lot. Look at the fat loss sticky, follow everything it says, except eat in a caloric excess. Foods like milk, nuts, avocado, jerky, etc make it easy to consume a lot of calories. You can definitely gain some weight if you try hard.

Sorry, I meant no offense in my post. I'm just curious, cause 54kg sounds too low for a male adult.

Maybe I haven't seen many people as you said :p
