My order was cancelled also. I have sent a complaint to Amazon.com and convienently gave them a link to their standing at the
BBB.org. I wonder what kind of response I will get?.....
let us know if you hear anything back from amazon, personally I'm going to wait for the micra's to ship probably and then see what can be done
Here is the response I got to my email:
Greetings from Amazon.com.
Again, we sincerely regret the error that resulted in an incorrect
price being displayed for the "Leatherman 64010103K Micra, Stainless,
Scissors based Pocket Multi-Tool" and "Leatherman 830039 New Wave
with Leather Sheath".
Because this item's correct price was higher than our stated price,
we made the decision to cancel this item. In accordance with our
posted policies on pricing, we were unable to offer this item for the
incorrectly posted price.
Our pricing policy is posted in the Help section and is accessible
through numerous other areas of our web site. You can read it here:

We realize that the cancellation of this item may have been
disappointing, but we want to make sure that your decision to make a
purchase with us is based on the most accurate information possible.
Thanks again for letting us know how you feel about this issue. I
hope you will give us a chance to serve you again in the future.
Best regards,

Well, at least it was a personal message. I will most likely write back and say that I have no reason to keep shopping there if they do not honor what they say. I could understand if they said that they had an error and honored all of the orders, up until they realized it and started to fix the error. That would be fair. To flat out say, " we screwed up, and we don't care" is BS. I do realize that the deal was quite possibly 'to good to be true', but I would like to think that the people who scour websites and let us know 'great deals' when they find them aren't completely wasting their time.
Of course I will still shop there when it suits me, but I see no reason to give a little resistance to the notion that you can make a mistake and then have ZERO reprocussions from it. I will probably send back an email stating that I although it might be commonplace to completely remove yourself from being responsible for your actions in todays world, that isn't the type of person that I am, or who I would want to do business with in the future.
