2 Internet Connections, 1 Computer

I'm running Windows 2000 Professional, and I have 2 cable modems. The way I have it set up now, I have one modem going into a Linksys cable router and then into two machines, and then a 2nd cable modem going into my machine. What I'm trying to do is make windows load-balance and use both connections on my machine. Currently, it pretty much just ignores the second connection and uses the connection from the router. Does anyone know if it's possible to make Windows 2000 do this, or is there a 3rd party application that I can use to get this done?

Thanks
