2 GB ram -- OCZ PC3200 vs. G.SKILL PC4000?

Both of these seem like good deals, and I am going to buy one or ther other... which one would you get? I will be gaming, watching movies. I've never overclocked before, but I may in the future (it doesn't seem too painful)....

ive heard the ocz's dont clock very good..
and the ddr500 will give you more options when overclocking

is g.skill a reputable brand? seems like they are relatively new compared to OCZ, although i haven't heard bad things about them...

I think G.Skill is very reputable, especially with the 2x1GB kits, whereas OCZ seems to rule the roost with 2x512's. It wasn't uncommon to see people hitting DDR600 on DDR400's. The G.Skill 2GB kits (and other 2GB kits) aren't overclockable as much as the 2x512's seem to be, so for that reason I'd go for the G.Skill PC4000 as it basically comes with an overclock already so you won't have to OC it as much to get the same results. I'm actually going to order a pair myself this evening.

OCZ. It's $20 cheaper and lower timings will offset any advantages of PC4000 on A64. Not to mention if you dont overclock your cpu to 250FSB to match the memory speed, OCZ will be faster since it's doubtful PC4000 memory will run at such timings at DDR400.
