2 GB modules at CAS 4 DDR2-1000 or DDR2-1200

I'm currently running 8 GB of 4 x 2 Gig G.Skill DDR-1066 modules at FSB of 400 and DDR-1000 CAS5. The lowest TRD I can obtain using the Rampage article here on Anandtech is a TRD of 6. TRD of 5 could be used of using CAS 4 or the memory at DDR-1200. My G.Skill sticks don't support either. Are there any 2 GB DDR2 memory modules available anywhere that will run at either CAS 4 DDR-1000 or CAS 5 DDR-1200?

Pretty much all the 2GB sticks I've seen are all CAS 5, no CAS 4 at the rated speeds you are looking at. Of course, in DDR2-800 RAM, CAS 4 is all around.... Could have missed some though, like Cell Shock, but for the most, haven't seen CAS 4 in 2GB sticks in rated speeds above DDR2-800. And the fastest 2GB sticks I've seen are either the G. Skill DDR2-1100 or Corsair's Dominator 2GB DDR2-1142 sticks.

I've gotten the 2GB Corsair Dominator's 1066 to 4-3-3-10 @ 2.2 or 2.3 volts but only @ 900mhz
