65 minutes of connection between mobiles.


Initiated the call between the two mobiles and allowed 65 minutes approximately...
During the first 15 minutes nothing happened;
25 minutes later the egg started getting hot;
45 minutes later the egg is hot;
65 minutes later the egg is cooked.


Conclusion: The immediate radiation of the mobiles has the potential to modify the proteins of the egg. Imagine what it can do with the proteins of your brains when you do long calls.

Please try to reduce long time calls on mobile phones and pass this mail to all your Friends & Family you care for.

maybe true back in the day when analog handsets with higher power were in use, but digital sets use much lower power.

Your head (or the egg) will absorb some EM radiation from the cellphones. But not nearly enough to cook. If I had the time, and you gave me some dimensions and phone specs, I could probably calculate the energy incident onto the eggs. Bear in mind that the phone emits a certain wattage in all directions, and that energy absorbed is proportional to the inverse square of the distance - 1/r^2.
Go from 1 foot to 2 feet, and the energy absorbed goes down to 25% of what it was at 1 foot, and that's already going to be quite low.

uhh.. I'm pretty sure if I stuck an egg in front ofthe antenna out of my 200watt 900MHz power amplifier it wouldn't cook an egg.

For clarification, most cell phones only output a maximum of 1-2 watts in a single burst. Averaged out, you are more likely to see on the order of milliwatts if you are close to the base station.

Microwaves put out like a thousand watts. Assuming you lost NO heat to the environment (realistically you would lose virtually all of it from the phones), it would take days to cook an egg.
