Have I said that I think the gene pool among some groups makes them better suited to some things than other groups? Yes. I've also been careful to always point out that all gene pools contain all types of people, suited to all types of things. I just don't think they contain them in equal numbers/portions.

And while one group may be better suited to one thing than another, that other group is in turn better suited to something else the first group isn't as well suited to.

Its fairly self evedent that there are genetic differences between "races". black people are... well... black and white people are white, but its when you try to tie that into more complicated differences that you hit a big wall of fail.

Plus modern Africans have the most diverse genetic material compared to other "races". In effect the rest of us are a bit in-bred.

I don't own a gun and never have.

Mind you, I could easily get one as well as a CCW (concealed carry permit) my state (Connecticut) allows them, and I have an absolutely spotless criminal record, as in... no record whatsoever. Not even a speeding ticket in my life.

I've also been trained in the use of firearms (minimally) by the Navy. That was the only time in my life I handled firearms.

Just earlier this year, in fact, I still self-identified as liberal and when I told one of the instructors who was also a guy on my submarine crew, that I didn't have much experience with firearms due to being a liberal (in a jokey fashion, was trying to have a laugh with him) he got pretty hateful toward me immediately because he'd learned I was a liberal, ha.

No longer consider myself liberal, but still not particularly interested in firearms. They make me uneasy, frankly.
