I use http://www.card2call.com, they offer several different "virtual" calling cards. I've used them couple of months, and the work really well.
International prices are the cheapest I have been able to find. For example, Finland is 5.9 cents using their Gold Card (just a name, nothing special about it :) ), and Finland mobile phone is 9 cents. My girl friend calls to Canada alot and it is 2.8 cents using their bargain card.

I have been using Onesuite for a year, have my parents on a separate pin. only service that will beat it, is to use your free cellular minutes (if you have a cell phone)

<< i made a couple calls from a payphone but it did not charge me the 55 CENT surcharge >>

Ditto. Forced to make 2 calls from a pay phone last Saturday. *NO* extra (pay phone) charges have *YET* appeared on my account as shown on the OneSuite web site.

Gee, could this be another bonus of using OneSuite?
Or, more likely(?), OneSuite's 800-number is being billed, but isn't *yet* being tacked on to the caller's account?

Dunno.
We'll see.

That Big Zoo deal is nice to know of, as a potential "second best" alternative / backup to OneSuite. And they had a local number in my area, to boot (vs. OneSuite's 800-number).
