Picked this up while I was at Circuit city for the Fuji CDR's. They have the Simpletech 20gb external drive. It has a 2.5" fujitsu drive in it. Supports firewire, USB 2.0, and USB 1.1. Includes a soft case, usb and firewire cables, and power adapter which is usually only needed if you use the usb connection.

$200 + tax - $75 rebate.

Available at Circuit City B&M and online.

But this is not just for the 20gb notebook sized hd, its an external drive with firewire/usb2 connections which you can carry in the palm of your hands. The cheapest I've found for something similiar is around $180.

Good price for USB 2.0/Firewire combo storage. But it's rather bulky and heavy to be put in a pocket, about 1" thick and 1 lb heavy.

Here's an alternative if you want a lighter/slimmer storage but minus the firewire.
I just bought these at fleabay (prices include s/h):
$55 New 12GB 2.5" 9.5mm IBM hard drive $55
$30 New USB 2.0 enclosure, 0.5" thick, 7 oz with hard drive

Googlegear.com sells toshiba 30GB 2.5" drive for ~$110 with 50cents fedex shipping.
