Need something to get to the next coupon level? This is clearance, but it said 1-day delivery for me.

Fiskars USB 1.1 4 port Hub Twin pack Staples.com 496741 $16.90

Two 4-Port stackable hubs.
Two 6'device cables.
Two Power adaptors.

These are 1.1 but that is all I need and my hub is acting up so I ordered this, a chair mat I need for $14.99 and the Lexmark Z54SE printer for $69.98. Total $101.87 (plus tax) less $20 coupon and $40 printer rebate gives me the new printer for $10.08 (plus tax.)

Thanks to rpbri2886 for reminding me that these are $10.50 in-store if you can find them. None in Tallahassee.

Of course, the price for these hubs doesn't look as good when you see that Belkin is currently selling a powered 4 port USB *2.0* hub for $10. (See thread on the Belkin refurb blowout)...

USB 2.0 hubs are backwards compatible with 1.1, so I can't see any reason to buy a 1.1 hub at this point if a 2.0 hub can be had so cheaply...

Every so often I run into a USB 1.1 device that doesn't work properly when plugged into a USB 2.0 hub. For example, my Palm i705 came with a USB 1.1 cradle; I have timeout problems and can't get it to work consistently when plugged into a USB 2.0 hub (or directly into the USB 2.0 interface on my motherboard) but it works fine if I plug it into a USB 1.1 hub.

So much for backward compatibility!

I guess I'm reading the Belkin site wrong, but I see a 4-port refurbished hub F5U021rw for $10 that doesn't say 2.0 and a refurbished 4-port 2.0 hub F5U224rw for $20 and and neither has cables.

edit: Now I understand! There is a code for an additional 50% off these prices! Good deals -check them out here and the Belkin thread is here.

FYI: These hubs are only 10.50 on clearnace at B&M

You are so right! I forgot all about that. Unfortunately, they were OOS in both the stores in Tallahassee.

allisolm - u went and cleared these out of all the tally stores for me didn't you?🙂

thanks for the deal, will get one delivered to bump my order to coupon status🙂

I can't find the refurb hubs at the Belking website.

Are they OOS now, or can someone tell me where to look?

Just about everything is gone and, apparently, everything refurbished is backordered and won't get shipped until some time in the future when enough product comes back to Belkin to get refurbished and then sent out. Not exactly good if you need something now.
