I made the mistake of checking the TV Tome link for Sarah Carter last week, which told me her character would leave, somehow, after this week's episode. I figured she'd have a relapse and go back in the institution, or have some kind of fundamental disagreement with Clark and go off on her own. (Though my instincts told me it would be the former, which I found depressingly cookie-cutter in terms of plot) I had no idea they'd do this to her, especially with a relatively unheard of/easily defeated villain(sp?).
I think what bugs me about this so much is the loss of a potentially amazing character. Alicia's powers were fairly cool, but the writers did a good job of fleshing out her character, making her interesting and someone you could feel empathy for. It reminds me of the last ep of Angel, with the abrupt death of... well I won't spoil it for people who somehow haven't seen it yet, but you who have know what I'm talking about.
Also, was there any solid mention of the time frame between episodes? It seemed like it was just next week by people's reaction to Alicia and Clark's relationship, especially Jonathan and Martha's reactions, but Alicia's arm wasn't in a sling anymore. You'd think it'd take a lot longer than a week for a gunshot wound to the right shoulder (or wherever it was) to heal enough that she could take off the sling.

Crimeny, does everyone in that town live on a farm?Originally posted by: JeffreyLebowski
It wasn't clarks barn, it was Alicia's house.
Well, the Chloe-Lois thing would be weird, since they're family. If you're reffering to just the actors, then no, you aren't alone.Anyways, am I the only one that wants to see Lois, Lana, and Chloe in a lesbian 3-way?
