2.1 speaker system

I am building a new upgrade system for Windows Vista.

All of the sound cards look as though they are for 5.1 & 7.1 speaker systems.

Is there any way to use my 2.1 speakers with these cards?

Yes, you'll simply use 1 or two outputs instead of all 3
