went to BB and did a PM to CC
they honored without checking CC for stock
i then had a $20 rewards coupon and they even applied a 12% single use coupon

total otd was $126 and change

haha, i just think that 1tb, 1 HD is nice 🙂

instead of my 2 500gb's or 4 500gb's for 2tb...

it's more convenient when i need to take out 1tb for copying things.

Personally I'd rather have the 4 500GB drives raided up to give me 1 ridiculously fast and redundant 1TB array. Mirrored and striped for the win. That said, I'd have jumped on this if I'd seen it in time. That price was just ridiculous....
