dell does this sh|t all the time,,,, ALL THE TIME....
if anyone hasn't noticed... Dell over charges on their retail hardware. guarenteed,, overcharges.. anydeal at dell for retail hardware isnt a dela and will probably get taken down and orders cancelled

ZipZoomFly is selling these for $140 with free shipping. Factoring in a 4% MS Cashback and no tax for some people (Dell SB charges tax for all states) and you see this deal is not that flaming hot anymore, if Dell does indeed ship out the drives. It comes out to a difference of about $15 for this "pricing mistake".

Just an alternate option for those who really need this drive.

I got an "order delayed" email too. I am still hoping it will ship, but I've bought video cards from Dell that got delayed longer and longer until they were cancelled 30 days later.

Overall, my streak continues. Haven't been able to buy jack sh*t in the last several weeks. Everything gets cancelled.

Fuck... Got the delayed e-mail.

I am guessing they will play the delay game indefinitely until we all cancel which is exactly what happened to me last year with one of these deals. They will auto-cancel after 30 days unless you call them so watch out. They will claim there is some law that requires them to do so.
