FX5200 ok-MX440?
onboard vid probably won't even run PlayOnline well.

the minimum specs aren't too bad--so it depends on how future-proof you want your video card.
it looks & feels great on my 9600pro, but it runs well enough on my Ti200.

if you don't plan on buying another game--or don't care about how pretty it'll be--just get a low end one and save some money.

btw--FFXI is a good choice if you're interested in mmorpg's.
it has a low learning curve (of course, not as low as RO) and very good gameplay.
