Yea, us Texans don't use those wimpy little baby butter sticks.

But in Japan, they will take any butter they can get. Weird how they have no butter in Japan, one of the richest countries in the world, but we give it away for free here. Go figure. Maybe we need to send care packages of butter to Japan.

After looking more carefully at the form on the LOL site, it appears that it doesn't exclude other states, just that the butter is only available in the states listed.
