That would be awesome, assuming there's no cap, and that servers are allowed. Imagine the huge hosting setup you could do there without the high cost of renting dedicated servers.

A few things:
1. There is no Internet censorship in Hong Kong currently. Remember the reason why Google moved China's site to Hong Kong was to get around the censorship rules.
2. $26 is comparatively expensive for Internet access over there of course, but it's affordable for most people. Definitely cheaper than a typical Cable/DSL connection in the US even when you take income into account.

Haven't heard of that. Did someone get in trouble for doing that?

I've heard of issues with uploading things like movies or music before, but that's no different than in the US.

They have laws against uploading "obscene" material.
And yeah not sure how many have been actually been prosecuted, but did find a few listed.
