It looks like you can get in on the combo special for only ~ $3 more including the slightly higher shipping,

BUT,

That onrebate form stipulates it must be mailed within 7 days of purchase. Newegg does a great job of shipping stuff but that's cutting it real close if one were to buy today with the holiday and weekend, it might not even ship out till Monday and could conceivably not allow enough time to MIR.

Otherwise, great deal if you have other 'egg purchases to offset shipping.

Suprisingly anal rebate requirements. 7 days, not 7 business days is rather ridiculous.

However even at $15 it's not a bad price.

$15 + S/H though, borderline.

'egg does have a note up on their 'site now, apparently it IS expected that orders won't ship till Monday.

"Commence delivery" is a bit ambiguous but with all the mad rebate deals tomorrow it may be too much BS from onrebate.
 
I just got mine today, got it in 5days, but it seems as though the rebate is now gone. Anyone mind emailing it to me and ill give it a try and send it in?
