1GB free email space, 350MB combined storage, personal blog, etc.

thanks,
just signed up, figured i'd give it a shot.

sounds like its a site dedicated to mac users, but hopefully they wont ride me out on a rail or something : )

Just signed up too... They'd don't force you to put in any of your personal info and everything looks legit. 😉

yup, been using it for about 2 weeks. while everyone is going pissy that they can't get a gmail account, i've been using my 1gb spymac account with no complaints.

I can't get it to work. I signed up several weeks ago and every time I try to get into just about any page but the home page it just cycles back to the home page. Who needs it.:disgust:

Was gonna try it, but heard numerous ppl bashing over at chubby-billfold. Definitely would like to hear more positive opinions...although I think I'm still gonna hold out till the summer when Yahoo will supposedly increase my accounts.

Just outta curiosity. do people really have 1GB worth of e-mail they need on hand?

I signed up for their email over a month ago. It's slow, and down pretty often. They seemed to launch this before they were ready for the demand. Hopefully they work the bugs out, but, it's not quite ready for prime time

First of all, YES THIS IS LEGIT. However, the things that many of you are complaining about are also legit: frequently the site is slow, some have access problems, etc.

Also, some complain that they don't like having "spy" or "mac" as part of their e-mail address.

I got a gmail account (MrPaulAR_junkfilter_@gmail.com) and I love it. Damn fast and sweet ass interface.

Only thing I don't like is that .exe and .zip attachemtns are rejected. I end up raring every attachment.

And now it is the Commander In Chief, not the soldier, who is trying to take these freedoms away from the people in the name of national security... what's a soldier to do?

spymac or gmail, i hate using browser interface to check emails. guess i have to stick with hotmail/outlook express. hope hotmail can increase their storage capacity.
